Mounded habit
3-4 feet tall and 4 feet wide
The yellowish-orange daisy flowers are borne in corymbose heads that are 3-6 inches wide. The heads are on stems that rise 3-4 feet.
Midsummer to early fall.
The leathery, textured leaves are basal (alternate on the stem) has a long petiole and are 2-3 feet long. Leaf blades are orbicular or reniform shaped, have deeply cordate bases, dentate margins and are 8-12 inches wide.
 
 
  • 'Desdemona' - Lower leaf surface and stem are purple. It is 3-4 feet tall.
  • 'Othello' - very similar to 'Desdemona', but not as compact and the flowers are smaller.
  • ' orange Queen' - GoId-orange flowers, green leaves, 4-6 feet tall.
  • 'Sommergold' - Bright yellow flowers, green leaves, compact form, 30-36 inches tall.
