Salvia coccinea Texas Salvia, Scarlet Salvia Southern United States and South America Upright 2-3 feet tall, space 12 inches apart Bright red flowers borne on a raceme inflorescence.   Opposite leaves, ovate to triangular, 1-2 inches long, crenate margin, long petiole. Leaves have pubescent surfaces.   Full sun and well-drained soil Starry-Eyed Mixed - Mixture containing white, salmon and brilliant red flowers, 36 inches tall.
