Rounded, twiggy shrub.
5 to 6 feet high by 3 to 6 feet wide. Fast growth rate.
Pinkish and borne on terminal spikes on current season's growth.

Opposite, simple, oval to elliptic-oblong, 3/4 to 2” long. Bluish green leaves.
Not showy.
 
 
White berry-like drupe. Very ornamental.
Susceptible to anthracnose.
