Vaccinium crassifolium Creeping Blueberry     Groundcover. 6 inches high with wide spread. Rosy-red flowers 1/4 inch in diameter.   Lustrous dark green, finely serrate, 1/3 to 3/4” long, 1/8 to 3/8” wide oval leaves. Evergreen.         Susceptible to Phytophthora and stem anthracnose. Members of the genus, Vaccinium, generally need an acid soil in the range of pH 4.5 to 5.5 to thrive. 'Well's Delight' - Lustrous, dark green foliage and disease resistance. 'Bloodstone' - Reddish new growth that matures into dark green. 6 to 8 inches high.
