Groundcover.
6 inches high with wide spread.
Rosy-red flowers 1/4 inch in diameter.
 
Lustrous dark green, finely serrate, 1/3 to 3/4” long, 1/8 to 3/8” wide oval leaves. Evergreen.
 
 
 
 
Susceptible to Phytophthora and stem anthracnose.
Members of the genus, Vaccinium, generally need an acid soil in the range of pH 4.5 to 5.5 to thrive.
  • 'Well's Delight' - Lustrous, dark green foliage and disease resistance.
  • 'Bloodstone' - Reddish new growth that matures into dark green. 6 to 8 inches high.
