We assume that this cultivar is associated with H. 'Thunderbolt' but that is only a guess since we have not been able to find any other sources that reference this plant. Help!

The National Gardening Association website says that this plant was hybridized by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio.
