Hosta 'Beauty Queen'
 

Registered by Bevie Schmidt of Michigan 2009 in, this slow growing, large size (20 inches high by 40 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Dorothy'. The medium blue-green foliage with a creamy white medial (center) variegation which turns greener as the season progresses. Its leaves are broadly ovate, moderately wavy, slightly cupped, slightly twisted and dull on top. Flowers bloom from mid-August into September.

According to the registration materials: "...like H. 'Guardian Angel' but smaller, and leaf center stays lighter, very unique coloration, leaf edges may curl to make curlicues..."
