Peter Ruh registered this
Hosta sieboldiana seedling in 1991. The 22 inch high and 41 inch
wide mound has oblong-ovate leaves that are deeply lobed at the
base with slight ripples on the margins. Its pale purple flowers
bloom in late July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis
(2009), "...the number of vein pairs
(fewer), flower color (more lavender), and flowering period
(much later) indicate a hybrid background."
