This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. This non-registered cultivar is an all-blue-green sport of H. 'Mourning Dove'. It grows into a medium size plant about a 12 inches tall by 31 inches wide with lavender flowers followed by viable seeds.

There is also a German cultivar named H. 'Chiemsee Blaue Taube' which translates into Chiemsee (a lake in Germany) Blue Dove.
