According to a comment on Pinterest.com, this cultivar was originated by Jeff Moore of Wisconsin, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Candy Dish' × H. 'Uncle Albert'. It is a very upright growing, medium to large size hosta with dark green leaves that are very wavy on the edges.
