Bob Solberg
registered this hybrid of H. 'Halcyon'
and H. 'Riptide' in 2000. It forms a medium sized (16 inches high) mound that
changes from deep blue to green as the season progresses. The
plant has
thick leaf substance and bears very pale purple flowers in
August.
