Hosta 'Counter Point'

Paul Aden registered this sport of H. 'Francee' in 1982. It grows to about 2 feet in height and 5 feet wide. The lavender flowers bloom from late July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...'Counter Point' no longer exists. In 1984, I found that a few leaves of one specimen were streaked. Since that time, however, all of the specimens that I've seen have reverted to white-margined green centered foliage, i.e., the same as 'Francee'."

Similar cultivars include H. 'Gothic Crown' and H. 'Kiwi Splash'.
