Listed as a sport of either H. 'Zounds' or H. 'Midas Touch', this non-registered cultivar was originated by Gene Heinemann of Iowa and named by Jim Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) . It is a medium to large size hosta that has green foliage with a gold colored medial (center) variegation and thick substance. Very pale lavender flowers bloom from late June into July.
