Hosta 'Geronimo'

This is one of those cases where there are two hostas with the same name. Neither is registered with The American Hosta Society. The first one to be registered would become the "official" hosta of that name and the other would have to be renamed.

This non-registered, small size cultivar which is a hybrid of H. montana 'Aureomarginata' × H. 'Sea Drift' was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. The foliage is green with a creamy white marginal variegation. It is a large size hosta with green foliage and flowers from late June into July.

Hosta Helper will call this plant 'Geronimo' (Wade)

MyHostas Database lists a cultivar by this name which was originated by Alex Malloy of New York. It gives the same details as those cited above for the Wade hosta.
