Registered by W. George Schmid of Georgia in 2009, this cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'Tokudama ’ ×
H. montana (wild collected).
It is a large size hosta about 24 inches high by 48
inches wide with grayish green colored foliage. The
leaves are broadly ovate to oblong, deeply corrugated,
dull on top and with thick substance.
According to the registration materials: "...The heavily corrugated leaves keep they grayish green coating until after anthesis..."
(anthesis means the flowering period of a plant)
has bluish grey leaves which are similar to those of H.
'Krossa Regal' but extremely rugose and with heavy
substance and elongated tip on a long upright petiole."
