A sport of H. 'Oh Cindy', this cultivar was registered by Marianna Shkundina of New Jersey in 2011. The medium size plant grows to about 12 inches in height with a spread of around 22 inches. The green foliage has a creamy yellow marginal variegation with some streaking in the center.

Its leaves are slightly rippled, slightly shiny on top and ovate with a flat base. The margins are albescent and become white as the season progresses. Pure white, tubular and fragrant flowers bloom from July into August.

According to a Google search, a person named Jayka Noelle appears on a children's show called Kids React. This may or may not have anything to do with this hosta's name.
