Hosta 'Lakeside Shore Master'

This large size hosta of unidentified parentage was registered in 1998 by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. The large size mound reaches 25 inches in height and 56 inches wide with moderately corrugated foliage with thick substance. Pale lavender flowers bloom in mid-July followed by viable seeds.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...acts like a sport of 'Paul's Glory' in almost every mound, leaf, and flowering characteristic."

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by Diana Grenfell (2009) states: "Increases rapidly...A very colorful hosta with a pleasing leaf habit."
