Hosta 'Lord Crinkleshine'

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2019, this large size (20 inches high by 38 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Paradigm' × H. 'Blue Umbrellas'. It is a blue-green hosta with leaves that are shiny on top, broadly ovate, heavily corrugated and slightly cupped. Pale lavender flowers with alternate petals that have slightly wider stripes bloom from June into July on scapes 18 to 30 inches tall. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.

The registration materials state: "...Shiny, heavily corrugated blue-green leaves start cupped, then fold when mature."
