Hosta 'Lord Goldwrinkle'

 

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2019, this slow growing, small size (6 inches high by 18 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sagae' × H. 'Paradigm'. This cultivar has yellow foliage is broadly ovate, slightly shiny on top, moderately corrugated and slightly folded. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late June through July on scapes 18 to 20 inches tall. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.

The registration materials state: "...Tips of the corrugated leaves are a brighter yellow than the remainder of the leaf."
