A seedling of a streaked H. 'Eleanor Lachman' seedling, this cultivar was registered by Alex Malloy of New York. It forms a small size mound of green foliage with bright purple flowers in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...there is a discrepancy between the foliage color listed in the published The American Hosta Society registration (green) and the plant in the originator's collection, which has inconsistently streaked foliage. The latter is what would be expected from a seedling of a streaked plant."
