Hosta 'Moon Spilt'

This is a medium size (15-18 inches high by 18-21 inches wide) hosta with slightly corrugated, blue-green leaves and a very wide, light greenish-yellow marginal variegation. It is a non-registered sport of H. 'Velvet Moon' from Danny Van Eechaute of Belgium. Pale lavender flowers bloom from July into August.

Fransen Hostas website describes it as "Mostly yellow leaves with a narrow green center, a sport of 'Velvet Moon' with less green."

There are also cultivars named H. 'Moon Split' and H. 'Spilt Moon'.
