Hosta
'Ohh! Blue Beacon'

Registered by Ed Schulz of Iowa in 2013, this upright, fast growing cultivar is of unidentified parentage. It is a small size (8 inches high by 9 inches wide) hosta with intensely blue-green foliage that is slightly rippled, broadly ovate and glaucous on top. Near white flowers with a lavender blush bloom from June into July followed by viable seeds.

According to an article in The Hosta Journal, (2017 Vol. 48 No 1), the Ohh! stands for Old Home Hostas.
