A medium size hosta, this non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. It has blue-green foliage which changes to dark green later in the season. The leaves are heavily corrugated, broadly ovate and have thick substance. It forms many seed pods after flowering.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...shows some 'Tokudama' traits."
