Peter Ruh of Ohio registered this
cultivar in 1991 on behalf of the originator,
Lucille Simpers of Indiana. It is a
H. 'Sieboldiana' seedling that grows about 20 inches high with a
spread of 50 inches. The foliage is slightly corrugated, is
deeply lobed at the base and comes to a distinct tip. Its white
flowers bloom from late June.
