Hosta 'Platinum Tiara'

This mutation of Hosta 'Golden Tiara' was registered by Walters Gardens, Inc. in 1987. The dense, medium sized (11 inches high) hosta may be used for edging or a low growing groundcover like others of the Tiara Group.  Its foliage is ovate shaped, slightly corrugated and of thin substance. Pale purple flowers bloom in mid-July to early August.
