This cultivar has H. 'Sieboldiana' in its background and it is a non-registered plant from Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. The deeply cupped foliage has intense corrugation, thick substance and forms a large size mound about 20 inches high by 42 inches wide. Its near white flowers bloom in late June.
