Hosta 'Rosedale Shady Lady'

Jerry Hadrava of Iowa registered this cross of H. 'Galaxy' × H. 'Fragrant Bouquet' in 2000 as part of his Rosedale Series. It is a medium size hosta about 16 inches high and 39 inches wide with streaked foliage of average substance and smooth texture. Light to medium purple flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...has value for its streaked foliage, but should mainly be considered a breeding plant."
