Hosta 'Shawnee'

Originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage. The green foliage on this large size hosta is green, heavily corrugated and rippled. Near white flowers bloom in July followed by seed pods.

The Shawnee are an Algonquian-speaking tribe of Native Americans who inhabited Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky down into the Southeast United States.
