There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small to medium size hosta with medium green leaves and creamy yellow to white streaked variegation. It is a sport of H. 'American Prayers'. From late June into July, it produces near very pale lavender to near white flowers. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Sarah & Joe Chaulk of Amity Farm Hostas and Shade Perennials in Ohio.
