Registered by Dr. Doug Beilstein and Mardy Beilstein of Ohio in 2022, this cultivar is a seedling of (H. 'Mysterious Cat' unnamed seedling 10) × an unnamed seedling 2 of (H. 'Peacock Strut' × H. 'War and Peace'). It is a medium size hosta about 16 inches high by 24 inches wide with medium green foliage. The leaves are relatively flat overall and slightly shiny on top and bottom. Flowers described as "dark saturated red both inside and out with distinct narrow white margins" bloom in August on scapes around 28 inches tall followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "Classic H. sieboldii type plant in size and leaf shape with intense dark red flowers to draw the eye."
