Hosta 'Stefan Edward'

This slow growing, upright cultivar was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio but registered in 1998 by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan on his behalf, and is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size plant about 15 inches high with a spread of around 29 inches. The foliage is intensely blue-green, slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top. Tubular flowers bloom from late July into August on scapes 17 to 23 inches tall.
