This tissue culture sport of H.
'Aoki' is a 1984 registration of
Walters Gardens, Inc. It grows
to 20 inches in height and a spread of 46 inches. The leaves
change from creamy yellow in the spring to white later in the
growing season. They are ovate in shape, slightly wavy and have
average substance.
Similar cultivars include H.
'Crowned Imperial' and H. 'Klopping Variegated'.
Sports include H. 'Sunspray'.
