Hosta 'Tidewater'

This plant is a hybrid of H. kikutii leuconata x H. 'Elegans' which was registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2003. The plant forms a medium size (18 inches high by 40 inches wide or larger) mound of wavy, deeply veined, narrowly ovate foliage with good substance. Its medium lavender flowers bloom in August.

Similar cultivars include H. 'Ultramarine'.
