Originated by Dana Zubrik and Milan Zubrikof Záhradníctvo Hosta in the Slovak Republic, this cultivar is a golden yellow colored sport of H. 'Gemini Moon' which makes it a descendant of the classic cultivar, H. 'August Moon'. It forms a large size (20 inches high by 40 inches wide) mound and has pale lavender flowers from mid-July into August.
