Hosta 'Golden Torch'

A self-pollinated seedling of H. 'Gold Regal', this cultivar was registered by Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan in 1984. It becomes a large, upright plant (24 inches tall by 55 inches wide) with chartreuse to gold colored foliage. The leaves are moderately corrugated, moderately cupped and have thick substance. Its medium lavender flowers bloom in July.
