Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina registered this cross of H. 'Rhapsody in Blue' × H. plantaginea in 2011. It forms a medium size mound about 14 inches tall by 32 inches wide. The foliage is slightly rippled, slightly twisted, moderately wavy and ovate with a cordate base. It bears fragrant purple striped flowers from mid-July into August.
