Wm and Eleanor Lachman of Massachusetts in 1996, this plant is a cross between a unnamed seedling of H. 'Carnival' × H. 'Crepe
Suzette'. It forms a small size (8 inches high by 16 inches
wide) mound of
cupped, slightly corrugated foliage with average substance. It
bears pale purple flowers in July followed by viable seeds.
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), the margins change from yellow to creamy white as
the season progresses.
The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by
Grenfell (2009) states: "Suitable for the front of the border or in a
container...Leaves are usually spoon-shaped."
