This is an interesting tree because of its greenish bark with white streaks running up and down. It is nice to put one in among some other ornamental trees and shrubs but you probably wouldn't want a whole grouping of them. The large leaves tend to give it a coarse feel which is often hard to accommodate in a landscape garden.
