Flowers are large, pendulous and borne in 8-12
inches long terminal racemes. The yellow
trumpet-shaped corolla is 2-3 inches long marked
with brown on the interior.
Summer
Leaves are alternate, ovate lanceolate to 8 inches
long with a serrate margin. The leaves near the base are
the largest and they become smaller and sessile as they
ascend the stem.
