Euphorbia lathyris Caper Spurge or Paper Spurge 5-8   Erect Up to 4 feet tall with a glaucous blue-green stem Green to yellow-green, 2 inches in diameter, with no petals.   Leaves are arranged in decussate opposite pairs and are lanceolate, glaucous blue-green with a waxy texture and pale greenish-white midrib and veins.
