Gailium verum Yellow Bedstraw aka Lady's Bedstraw, Yellow Cleavers, Cheese Rennet 4-8 Southern Europe and Asia Minor   Showy, creeping perennial of meadows, roadsides and hedgerows.               Gaillum is derived from the Greek word, gallon which was the name of the plant described by Dioscorides as one used for curdling milk.
