Thalictrum minus
 Low Meadow Rue
3-7
Northern Europe and Southern Europe

Dense clump
12-24 inches tall and 12-18 inches wide.
The flowers are bisexual, but the greenish yellow stamens tend to dominate. The fine-textured panicle branches above the middle of the flowering stems. The small flowers are not as noticeable on this species as they are on other meadow rues.
Late spring to early summer.
Alternate leaves are bi- or tri- pinnate, leaflets are rounded or wedge shaped at the base and slightly notched with 3 lobes at the apex. The foliage color can be green or glaucous. The dainty texture of the foliage is similar to the maidenhair fern.
