Veronica prostrata Harebell Speedwell 4-8 Northern Europe and Southern Europe Prostrate growth habit 8 inches tall Bright blue flowers, ½ across, are borne in short,  dense, axillary racemes. Late spring to early summer. Opposite, linear to ovate, to 1½ long. Margins may be entire or toothed.     'Blue Sheen' - Lavender flowers on stems 4 inches tall. 'Heavenly Blue' - Deep blue flowers, 4 inches tall. 'Loddon Blue' - Dark blue flowers, 4 inches. 'Mrs. Holt' - Pink flowers and 6 inches tall. 'Spode BIue' - Light blue flowers, 6 inches tall.
