Shrub or small tree.
 
Small yellowish flowers are grouped in 2 or 3 at the axil of the leaves on the current season's growth.
 
Alternate, simple, oval ovate to ovate lanceolate, 1 to 2 1/2” long, oblique 3-nerved at base crenate serrulate, lustrous dark green glabrous, firm; petiole 1/8 to 1/4” long.
Yellow
