Hosta 'Corduroy'
 

This cultivar is an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Green Acres' which was registered by Steve Moldovan of Moldovan Gardens in Ohio in 1983. It is a giant size plant about 36 inches high by 87 inches wide with dark green foliage. The leaves are slightly corrugated, broadly ovate and have a distinct tip with thick substance. Lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...makes a huge mound of dark green, H. montana-type foliage."
