Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio registered this cross of H. 'Big John' × H. montana macrophylla in 1996. It grows into a giant size hosta about 28 inches in height and 54 inches wide with leaves that are deeply lobed at the base and have thick substance. In July, it bears very pale lavender flowers.
