Hosta 'Lakeside Ring Master'

The plant shown above was incorrectly labeled 'Lakeside Ringmaster'.

This cultivar which resulted from a cross of a streaked form of H. 'Lakeside Roy El' × H. 'Lakeside Ripples' was registered in 1998 by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It forms a large size mound of leaves that are ovate, slightly wavy and smooth textured. The near white flowers bloom from late July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...may be one of Mary Chastain's best."
