There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature size hosta with green leaves and creamy white marginal and streaked variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "This cultivar grows only in the Wade & Gatton Nurseries collection and is pictured on the Hosta Library. It closely resembles 'Ginko Craig' in both foliage and flower."
