This upright hybrid of H. 'Salute' × H. 'Carolina Blue' was registered by Beverly and Dave Stegeman of Indiana in 2008. It is a large size hosta about 20 inches high by 38 inches wide with intensely blue-green foliage.

The leaves are lightly wavy, ovate, slightly folded and have a glaucous bloom on top. Pale lavender flowers with stripes bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to 26 inches tall.
