Dr. Kevin Vaughn of Massachusetts, this
non-registered cultivar is a
self-pollinated seedling of H. 'Beatrice'.
Although it was never named itself, it was used as a pod
parent in Vaughn's breeding program resulting in several
outstanding new cultivars." Vaughn 73-2" was described
as a small size plant that had heavily streaked
