Aggressive rhizomatous perennial that is often found in
damp soils. The rhizomes produce apical tubers which
remain viable in the soil for 10 years or more. Can
become an invasive weed that is very difficult to
eradicate.
Recognized by its 3
sided stem and yellow-green foliage.
